Over paid on my bill

I have just paid my monthly bill but I paid twice by accident how do I reclaim this from o2

Unless you are desperate for the money, I'd leave it as a credit to pay next months bill.

By the time you've called O2 and waited for the money, your next bill will be due anyway.
