You can check the bills by going to myo2 via the main o2 website https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
If you still need help then the Social Media teams will be on hand, just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call 202 from your o2 phone

Why do you think you are being overcharged @Antec ?
As advised above, check what the bill is showing as it might be one of the sims has been subscribed to something you don't want, or has an extra that was free but is now paid for.
