I cancelled my phone contract. The last day was supposed to be 8th July but you have charged me an extra month, I had to contact customer services to stop being charged 2 more months. Please refund me what I’m due as this is 02 error

As nobody in the forum can access your account, and as you have cancelled, your MyO2 will be inaccessible to you, you really need to contact O2 - try them via Social Media, links below, or contact Payment Management number - 0800 902 0217 directly. If you have no access to phone service, Guide: A Guide to Skype can be used to call that free-fone O2 number.
