Hello, my bill has come in this month £20 over my original Bill. Which should not be happening as I have a £0 spend cap. I would like this sorted

We can not look it to individual accounts within the community.  If you could please ring 202 and they will look in to this for you.

I tried calling 202 however it said they were only dealing with stolen or lost phones.

Say you've lost your phone to get put through to an advisor.

I tried the option to say I had lost my phone to get through to an advisor but they hung up. Still not sorted
