Hi I’ve been charged £478 for my device plan which is way too much how do I fix this to avoid o2 taking this out my account I’ve cancelled the direct debit so what can I do to fix this??

@Jonathan_Lyon1 You should not have cancelled your Direct Debit. I will tag an O2 online advisor who can hopefully help you.
