Over charged on bill

I seem to of been overcharged on my bill. But when I go though it all there’s nothing that they should of charged me extra for. Why is this?

Why do you think you have been overcharged on your bill @Atlanta?
Do you mean the bill is more than normal?
It may be down to the annual RPI increase if only slightly higher.
Have you been through your bill @account1? What does it say the extras are for?

Because it is higher than it has been for the last two months. I’ve checked everything the whole bill there is nothing that I should of been charged extra for. My contract is capped so I won’t get extra charges.

How much higher @Atlanta?
As mentioned, there would be a small increase due to the annual RPI increase but this is normally pennies.
Have you gone over your minutes, texts or data?
Have you sent any MMS messages?
Ultimately we cannot see your bill, so if you think there is something wrong with it and you cannot work it out you will need to call customer services...
