Hello, I am currently on holoday in Corfu, kassiopi, Greece. I received a message upon arrival that my minutes, texts and data will come out of my normal allowance. A few days into my holiday I received a message to say I was being charged £51+ for being in Albania. I am not and have not been in Albaina so these charges should not apply to my next bill.
Please can someone from customer service look into this for me.
Shannon

Make sure you turn off automatic network selection, and manually select a Greek network, @ShannonOkeefe
More info here: Guide: Roaming MegaGuide and Guide: Roaming in Turkey and Cyprus contains tips to make sure you connect to a Greek carrier (yes Crete and Turkey is not Corfu and Albania, but the principle is the same).
Good luck, @ShannonOkeefe.
