Over 24hours for phone setup

I received my new phone over 30 hours ago and I am still not receiving text messages. I can send messages and call people but they cannot text me. I need my messages to be working in order to access other things. I cannot call or online chat due to covid. Please any help?

Iv tried turning off and on.

This is an ongoing O2 issue at the moment, I'm in the same boat. Hope it is fixed ASAP!

There is a network fault on O2 on the sms service
