I have had a message to say I have an outstanding amount due before my order can complete but I haven’t ordered anything an all my payments are made by direct debit

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Probably after 9 days it's sorted

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
