I recently changed service provider, now I cannot access my online O2 account to pay my last bill and as everyone else mentioned getting hold of them is near on impossible! No idea now how to pay this - I have just been holding for over an hour for my phone battery to die and be cut off.

Have you tried calling Payment Management direct?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
