My order is out of stock and and it’s been 2 weeks and no updates how do I find out if it’s in stock or any updates on my parcel as it’s says there’s no orders on my account

If a product you ordered is out of stock and they've taken an upfront payment, they will dispatch it immediately it comes in stock. At the moment it is likely to delay due to the pandemic issue and also you will get a dispatch email confirming when your product will be delivered. I will implore you to exercise some kind of patient as the situation isn't normal at the moment
