Out of stock order fulfilment time

Does anyone know how long it takes O2 to get new phones from their suppliers? I upgraded my device only to be told (after payment was taken from my bank account. Thanks O2) that it's now out of stock and I have to wait. No indication though of how long.

You need to call customer service
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud option if necessary

Thanks for your help. I'm only now reading how much trouble other people have had with O2 *sigh*. Guess it's a 6-week wait.

I have just had the same thing happen to me i was told up to 5 weeks
