I have placed two orders on this account, I want to know if one is cancelled, and if not I would like the one with the bigger storage. Plus I want it sent to another address as it is a gift

You'll need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Hi, is there a way to cancel an order I have just placed? It is impossible to get through to O2 by phone and the email contains no links. Is there a way to cancel my O2 contract online as well?
