@Brit O2's stock reporting isn't live, so if it said your phone was in stock online, that may not be the case. If you haven't had an email that it's been dispatched and been given a tracking number, it's likely your phone is out of stock. This is common practice by O2. They'll keep your money for a bit, make a little interest on it, then tell you the phone is out of stock and refund your money.
