Ordered sim only contract, but haven't received any sort of emails from o2?

Hey i ordered a sim only contract yesterday at around 9pm but i havent received any sort of emails from o2? no confirmation emails, no welcome emails - nothing at all. How do i know if my contract order has gone through ? do i need to do it again ? the contract is 21 pounds a month for 20gb internet, unlimited minutes and texts.

@Anonymous Have you checked your spam/junk folders? They may have gone there. If not then contact customer service

 Call customer service, don't order again or you may end up with two. You should also receive a text confirmation for sim only.

You usually receive the emails immediately so something may have gone wrong.

Just received an email this morning saying your O2 bill is ready and that i will be charged on the 19/06/2017, my sim only contract number has appeared on my O2 but it says my order is complete ? but i havent received the sim card yet. How many days should i wait
