Hey i ordered a sim only contract yesterday at around 9pm but i havent received any sort of emails from o2? no confirmation emails, no welcome emails - nothing at all. How do i know if my contract order has gone through ? do i need to do it again ? the contract is 21 pounds a month for 20gb internet, unlimited minutes and texts.

Call customer service, don't order again or you may end up with two. You should also receive a text confirmation for sim only.

Went into live chat with a member of the O2 team, everything is well my order has gone through and should arrive tomorrow. Thanks for the help !

Just received an email this morning saying your O2 bill is ready and that i will be charged on the 19/06/2017, my sim only contract number has appeared on my O2 but it says my order is complete ? but i havent received the sim card yet. How many days should i wait
