Hi Ben, I wish I was in your position - I can't even order a new SIM. How did you do it?
Seems like there's nobody taking calls or doing live chat.
I have a new phone I can't use because I can't order the nano SIM.
I've been with O2 so long, I can't imagine getting a different service provider, but it could happen.

O2 are on a very reduced service due to the current situation. All networks are the same.
