Hi can anyone help me? I've ordered a pay monthly simcard I got an email to say your full steam ahead. Does that mean my simcard is on the way or what. I don't understand and I can't find the link to message o2 via WhatsApp. Courtney

You can if you know the number but it's not advertised anywhere.
I do recall them trying WhatsApp some time ago but that may have just been a trial that didn't work out.
You won't be able to track a sim delivery anyway as it will be sent 1st class post.
