Ordered phone, no info on delivery etc

I ordered a phone from O2, I have an order number but no other details like when I can expect delivery, when I can expect it to be dispatched etc.

How long should I expect to wait?

All I have is 

"Thanks for placing your order.

Your order number is: order number"

Hi

Depends on stock levels and working days for delivery. Ie not weekends.

You can track it when they send you that info. Check any spam folders.

If you want further info perhaps call O2 customer services.

Yes...I was about to say the same @jonsie  We have read a couple of posts recently where online orders have been placed and then the customer is left waiting. At least if they phone customer service they will have a clearer idea

They now say if you order by 10pm it's next day delivery probably Monday to Friday only but I would call customer services to check
