@DonalDoyle92 O2's online stock reporting isn't live, so there's every chance that, as has been said, your phone is out of stock. Unfortunately, you're joining the list of the number of posts similar to yours over the years. Contact customer service, as has been suggested, but also prepare yourself for disappointment.
