purchased a new contract on the 5th October, have had a confirmation email on the same day and as of today 17th October I still can't access MyO2 so I can't track my order as I apparently don't have an account yet

This sounds like something about which you need to contact Sales Try giving them a call on 0800 081 0255

Alternatively use social media
