Ordered new iphone 5s but it has not been recognised as upgrade so now have 2 contracts!!

In all the haste to order online on friday morning, I signed into my account and ordered the new iphone. Thankfullly it is coming on Monday, but now another contract has appeared in my online account and it hasnt registered it as an upgrade.

 

Obviously I want to keep my number, and I want to keep my new phone. What do I do? 

 

Its obvious now I should have logged into upgrades first, and done it from there, but I thought the fact that I had signed in was enough. 

 

I dont want them to cancel the phone (obviously!) or have any issues if they need to transfer the number. I cant lose my number, and I dont want to pay for two contracts, or get charged then have to wait for a credit.

 

Please can anyone assist, as customer services is obviously not answering calls at the moment, and Monday I might see two debits from my account 😞
