Ordered from O2 - Still cannot collect

I ordered from O2 a couple of days ago, as my phone stopped working (water damage). When I ordered it said I could collect it on the 1st May (yesterday), however as soon as I checked out, it conveniently changed to only being able to collect it from the 2nd May. As I'm disabled, I need a phone so if I known I couldn't have collected it yesterday, I obviously wouldn't have paid.

 

I contacted a lot of advisors, got transferred to various supervisors, retentions, etc. and each dept. is saying something different. For instance, I was told to just go to the store, and I'll be able to collect it- on my way, I called, and they said there was no order on the system. No idea what's going on.

 

Now, the following day, I still cannot collect (it's early, but obviously I'm getting concerned. The store have it in stock, as they did yesterday, but the details aren't showing on their system, so they cannot release a product to me. O2 Customer Service, appear to say something else and say only the store can process it, and that if they have it in stock there should be no reason why I cannot collect it now - but I cannot.

 

Any help with this?
