Hello
Just ordered a new pay monthly phone - had a few problems with the site while placing the order (I intended to pick up from a nearby store) and realised once the email confirmation came through that the delivery address is my old address.
Is there any way I can contact someone to rectify this and get it delivered to my current address? I've tried the online chat but they've told me to contact them once I've got a dispatch email - by which point it will surely be too late as the device will be on its way to the wrong address?
Anything I can do here? I've got the order number and the order is currently sat at stage 2 - being processed

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
