I ordered a 5G SIM by mistake and need to replace with a 4G SIM. How can I arrange this?

No need.

Sim will work fine in any phone and all sims are 5g now anyway.

If this is a tariff upgrade, you can carry on using your current sim as it will have the upgrade on it automatically.
