Ordered SIM Only Contract Online 21st Nov

 

29th Nov - postman has done his rounds and I've still not received the SIM but it looks like you've started the contract

 

Is there any chance I can go to local O2 store and pick up the SIM myself?

 

Don't recommend buying online again

Postal strikes are delaying both collections and deliveries so could still be in the system.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
