I have received a text about a change and can see order on here but I haven't contacted you to change anything today. What is this

O2 had an error in there syatem where many people were getting the same text as they were being moved to the new 360 billing system. Nothing to worry about.

However if you want to make sure, contact O2

You should contact the sales team as they can help you with that –  Call them on 0800 081 0255 OR message them on Social Media  -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
