Hi, I ordered a IPhone 14 pro max yesterday for a click and collect delivery for the 14/01/23, I have received all the documentations and email saying thanks for your order and it’s full steam ahead however the tracking on myo2 just says order confirmed and no other progress, can someone shed some light on this? Customer services is not very helpful

They are still in short supply so could be out of stock.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

The website shows it’s in stock and I have called them and they said it’s been referred however the money for the upfront payment has been taken out of my account and I don’t know why they would let me choose a delivery date if it won’t be delivered that day and send me emails to say it’s full steam ahead!

@Pabz O2 doesn't operate a Live Stock reporting system, so whatever the website says generally isn't true. This happens on a daily basis. The best place to find out what's going on with your order is here:
