Hi, I ordered a IPhone 14 pro max yesterday for a click and collect delivery for the 14/01/23, I have received all the documentations and email saying thanks for your order and it’s full steam ahead however the tracking on myo2 just says order confirmed and no other progress, can someone shed some light on this? Customer services is not very helpful

The website shows it’s in stock and I have called them and they said it’s been referred however the money for the upfront payment has been taken out of my account and I don’t know why they would let me choose a delivery date if it won’t be delivered that day and send me emails to say it’s full steam ahead!
