I made an order for a handset but havnt had an order number or email confirmation but the amount has been Taken from my bank account.

You need to check if the transaction is pending or complete.

If complete, you need to wait for a dispatch email with your order and tracking details.

If pending, you need to call customer service to check Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
