Hello, today I ordered an oppo find x2 pro phone from you, chatted with o2, I talked to a consultant and advised me on the contract and the phone, I wanted a phone call for monthly payments, and the cost should be £ 30 in advance, but my account was charged 355 for pounds, I did not receive any email or text messages, but the consultant told me to contact my bank, now I do not have a phone or I did not receive a refund, there is no order on my o2 account, but the money from my account is 355 pounds took as a deposit, that's what your assistant called it, now she wants a refund and is canceling your o2 offer.

It's a deposit which you will get back on your 4th bill after you've paid 3 bills in full and on time.
