Hi. I ordered a sim it says I should of got a free gift but wasn’t able to choose one? Do I still get one

If you are eligible for a gift you will get a code sent to you in the post in around a weeks time with instructions on how to claim.

Thank you, also when I placed my order it said it should be with me the next working day but as of yet I’m still waiting and I can’t even check my order online.. could you help with that please? I’ve tried ringing and chatting online but they just keep telling me to go in and I’ve been busy?

We can't access account details on here to see the order status. 

You won't have tracking details until your device is dispatched though.
