I placed an order for a contract phone on 17/03/22, paid the initial payment and advised that I would hear back in 48 hours but I’ve heard nothing. I’m not able to go onto the chat function either. Can’t find an email address to ask an O2 representative. Any advice?? Thanks in advance.
