Had an email saying I made an order NC[Removed] but made no order 02 please advise what has happened. It says VAS change for a custom plan.

It's an error by O2. You are being moved to a new billing system. The text/email should never have been sent to customers. Don't worry about it.

There was previously an erroneous order notification message sent out.

The one people are still receiving is a genuine notification which relates to the out-of-bundle charges issue that they would have contacted you about previously. They are doing this to ensure they're honouring the pricing originally quoted to you until your next upgrade, so have made changes to your account to reflect that. You don’t need to do anything and the message is for information only.
