Had an email saying I made an order NC[Removed] but made no order 02 please advise what has happened. It says VAS change for a custom plan.

@User625392   O2 has let us know that these order messages were due to an error and that the notifications have now stopped. They're investigating why it happened but no need to worry.

You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

i received these messages today - so that haven't stopped. i thought i had been hacked and its taken me around 20 mins of checking everything on my o2 worrying what had happened
