Order not delivered

I have no way of contacting 02, I ordered mobile broadband, nothing has arrived yet its been added to my account and says completed. I never got my order. 

Can anyone advise how to contact 02?

Hi did you receive a dispatch email for your order?
Also sorry for the inconvenience caused but know that due to the current situation most of their services are running slow. I will ask you to exercise some patience, I know it is hard to but then try you best. I hope you get it soon.

Yes it said disptacted and completed yet I havent receieved anything. Also the number provided for the parcel tracking comes up as incorrect.
