I have recently bought an iPhone 11 on Thursday 9th April I got an email to confirm this has went through and next email I will get is when it has been dispatched. This was meant to be next day Delivery but a week later I’m still waiting on an email the money I had to pay upfront is still pending on my bank transactions and due to covid - 19 I don’t know who is best to phone wether it would be o2 or my bank. Anyone else had this problem??
