I placed an order on Friday 10th April. No email to say it’s been despatched although confirmation of order was received. I understand there may be a backlog but having no answers at all is worrying given they’ve taken money out of my account?

Yes I thought this may be a possibility. Of course I understand delays right now but they asked me to pick a deliver day which I chose today. I would expect that if there were no stock, they should inform customers of this rather than leave them wondering. Not very good customer service. Email and phone are auto replies and no help. 😊
