Ordered a new phone online 2 days ago all went through upfront costs paid. Everything sent over contract agreement everything. No phone delivered on said date no further emails at all from 02 either IV spent 24 hrs trying to get through on the phone but no answer. On hold for hours. Help what is going on

I get that yes but I'm again currently on an hour n a half on hold after a 12 hour night shift I was just holding out hope there might be a quicker route thank you for your help.
