I’ve ordered an iPad 2020 and went through the finance bit and then payment details. Used pay pal this processed and then a page came up saying there was a problem and it saved my basket. I duly went back on and ordered again using my credit card number directly same thing happened. Checked emails received two sets can’t open and attached docs the. He led pay pal £20 pending then checked credit card 2 x payments pending for £20 does this mean I’ve ordered two now? Need to cancel one but it never came up with transaction successful and the o2 web page is a nightmare at the moment they might as well shut the inline shopping totally

If You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
