I have ordered a O2 sim card. I have tracked my order on the O2 app and it appears COMPLETE, but I didn’t receive it. The tracking number provided isn’t recognised by Royal Mail. What should I do? It was sent 10 days ago, and I’m been billing for all this period. I have sent a message through the chat, but nobody answered, now I cannot use the chat again.

I just have called that number I and it was all sorted. They gonna send me a new sim card, and they will apply a credit in my account related with that period that I have been billing without using the service.
