Solved: Re: Order cancelled?

I have a contract with o2 already and recently ordered another on my account for my wife, the order was successful and I received an email to say it had been placed and the email contained the new mobile number. I just tracked the order and it says it has been cancelled. Anyone know why?

Only O2 can answer that I'm afraid, it could be due to the credit check.
