Order acceptance

Hello. I placed an order last night for a new contract. I was wondering how long it takes for an acceptance email and delivery etc? It says next day but i know things may be delayed at the moment but I havent heard if its accepted yet.

If you haven't received the acceptance emails it may have been referred to the Credit Referrals team, they work to try and come back to you in upto 7 working days.

If after 7 days then contact Customer Services or come back here.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Ok thank you. I received several emails with CCA and terms and conditions etc but then nothing else.

I did yes but the email then said once it has been accepted I will be contacted. Just wondered how long it took roughly to find out officially if it is accepted etc
