Order Progress Unsure

I placed an order this morning. o2 took the deposit from my account. however, the website failed and gave me an error. i have received no emails.

 

i called and spoke to sales who transfered me to customer services who transfered me to referrals. referrals said the order was accepted at 0150 but i need to speak to sales who tell me they cannot find the order so transfer me to customer services who say they cannot find it. 

 

what is going on, likely?

You need to persevere with customer services, until you can find someone who can help you.https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Also check your bank to  see if the money has been taken in reserve.

 

Due to the time you made the order it may not be showing yet. Normal routine is, you get an email when it's dispatched and you can track it then

The money will have been in hold until the transaction is completed but it no further then the money should be returned to you in 3-4 days. I suggest going in store to upgrade
