Hey,
So I placed an order on the 27th Sept, I've recieved the pre contract, loads of contractual PDFs etc, and an email saying "it's all go from our side" and that's it... I've been keeping an eye on my emails and the tracking but it's not even processing yet. I rang after 3 days and all they said was it takes 3 days to process and we can't track postage, it's now 8 days later and still nothing, not even processing.
I'm assuming its been cancelled/not accepted and they've just not told me? It's still in the orders screen.
Do I assume its cancelled?
