Order Cancellation, Pending Payment for 3 weeks!

Hi Everyone, I have had an iPhone 5s order cancalled on 21st of September, but O2 haven't yet reversed my payment, first they told me it would take 3/4 working days, then i waited for a week, contacted them again on live chat to check, and they said it takes 14 days to process the payments of cancelled order.... and now it's almost 3 weeks and still nothing... Seems like O2 uses this ch**p tactic to p**ish customers for cancelling orders..... em really feeling annoyed as my payment is blocked and can't do anything.... Does anyone know how long they take to revervse the payment or does anyone faced such issue before... Don't know what to do except to wait for another **bleep** month or so...!!!!! Sorry for **bleep** words, really don't like it but its really annoyin!!!!!!!!!....

I have no reason to think they would take any longer than necessary to get your refund to you.

 

I do like the idea of corporate revenge though!

It is 14 working days so the refund should be with you by the 10th or the 11th of October.

 

I would suggest you circumvent Live Chat and ring O2 customer services if its not with you by then.

 

If you have an o2 powered mobile use 202.

 

Or Landline.

 

From a landline 0844 809 0202 5p / min

 

Also check with your bank to see if they can track the refund yet.

 

You can go down this route if you wish.

Waiting so long for a refund is unacceptable. Speak to customer service and escalate it to a manager. They can authorise payments into your account within 3 days.
