As the account holder I recently upgraded my daughters phone - I am in charge of the account, however the billing details are within her name. As part of the new upgrade there was a discount as I work in a school. I have asked my daughter to go on and sort this for me, however she has mistakingly attached her payslip instead of mine. This means the details on the payslip and the name on the account will differ. She became confused as she thought as she makes the payment, it should be her. How do I rectify this.
