Solved: Online upgrading

So I want to upgrade my contract however no stores near me have the (i)phone I want in stock when I am avaliable. I also have a family member who works for o2 giving me their F&F discount. Can I order to phone online and still have the discount applied or do I have to go into store to upgrade?

You have to apply for your discount within 30 days of taking a refresh contact so it won't matter of taken in store or online as long as it is directly with O2 and not a third party.

You can have the discount as long as you take the contract out directly with O2 on a refresh tariff.
