Anyone else having problems topping up online. I have been getting an error message since Monday tea time. Top of page states Error 500, and the page states "something is broken, please try again later". How long has this been going on? Is this a regular problem? Is this indicative of the kind of service I should expect? I prefer to top up this way, so if this is a regular thing, I would prefer to know now. I have a further 11 days to send back this phone, and go with another provider. If someone would be kind enough to let me know, thanks.

If you have any further problems with topping up there are a few alternatives here http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-can-I-pay-my-bill/ba-p/1014090
(though as said, if this is the first top up then you will need to do it via a voucher)
