I upgraded online understanding it was next working day delivery if you ordered before midnight. I ordered on friday, it's now tuesday and no sign of my phone. Has anyone else experienced this?

Somany people experience the same thing due to O2 not having a live stock system.

Phones show in stock but they aren't so you are left waiting for more stock to come in.

You'll get an email with tracking details when it leaves O2.
