Is there a question?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Dlchittenden This is a public forum. Now that the world knows your name and the answers to your O2 security questions, I suggest you change them.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

From what I can see. You can’t afford to pay the contract off & you are expecting them to waive the £325 & upgrade to a new phone for nothing? That won’t happen & the agents were correct in this instance that you or they cannot proceed unless you pay the termination fee

No need to post all the conversation to be honest. If you don't like your phone then sell it privately and put it to the cost of buying a phone outright or to pay off the device plan.

I'm not sure just what you expect O2 to do. It matters not that you have 2 contracts with them or how much you have spent over the years. To O2 you are just an account number and you are bound by the terms and conditions the same as any customer.

If you can't afford to pay off the device then you have to learn to put up with it and upgrade when the contract has been paid up in full.

It's really all very simple......
